Bank Loan Servicing Manager

Availa Bank is seeking a Bank Loan Servicing Manager to lead daily servicing operations for consumer and commercial loans. You will oversee a small team, ensure accurate payment processing, escrow administration, and maintenance of loan records, and manage payoff, renewals, and modifications. The role includes monitoring portfolio quality, resolving complex customer issues, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal policies. You will partner with lending, credit, and treasury teams, drive process improvements, support system upgrades, and train staff while maintaining Availa's community-focused, relationship-driven service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily loan servicing operations for consumer and commercial portfolios.

• Oversee accurate payment processing, escrow administration, and loan record maintenance.

• Manage payoffs, renewals, modifications, and collateral documentation.

• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, loan policies, and audit standards.

• Monitor loan portfolio quality and identify operational or compliance risks.

• Resolve complex servicing and customer issues with a relationship-focused approach.

• Collaborate with lending, credit, and treasury teams to support business goals.

• Drive process improvements and support system enhancements for servicing efficiency.

• Train, coach, and schedule servicing staff; manage performance and workflow.

• Prepare reports and respond to internal/external audits and examinations.
