• Leading audit assignments to ensure the delivery of accurate, high-quality audit files.

• Overseeing daily activities and progress on client engagements.

• Mentoring and supervising team members, fostering their professional development.

• Reviewing work and assignments, providing constructive feedback to improve team performance.

• Interacting directly with clients to discuss audit progress, address concerns, and provide financial insights.

• Contributing to networking initiatives and strengthening client relationships.

• Managing engagement profitability, including billing and collections.

Requirements:

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).

• UK practice experience.

• Strong knowledge of auditing standards, procedures, laws, rules, and regulations.

• Ability to manage deadlines, budgets, and client expectations effectively.

• Experience in leading and managing a team of auditors.

• Proficiency in audit software and databases.

• Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.

• Sound independent judgement and decision-making abilities.
