Associate Experience Manager

As an Associate Experience Manager at Aramark, you will help create an engaging, safe, and inclusive workplace for frontline teams in food and facilities operations. You will support onboarding, training, and recognition programs that reinforce service excellence and Aramark's values. Partnering closely with location leaders, you'll gather feedback, track engagement metrics, and recommend improvements that enhance associate satisfaction and client experience. Responsibilities

• Lead daily associate engagement initiatives across dining and facilities operations

• Support onboarding, training, and coaching of frontline team members

• Gather and analyze associate feedback to improve workplace experience and service quality

• Coordinate recognition programs and events that reinforce Aramark values and safety culture

• Partner with managers to address performance, communication, and service standards

• Assist with scheduling, communication, and rollout of company programs and policies

• Ensure compliance with safety, food service, and company guidelines

• Prepare basic reports on engagement metrics, turnover, and training completion Required Skills
