Associate Director, Pricing

ABC Healthcare, a national leader in patient care, seeks an Associate Director, Pricing to shape pricing strategy across hospital and outpatient services. In this role, you'll lead pricing analyses, model reimbursement and margin impacts, and guide decision-making for new and existing offerings. You will collaborate closely with finance, operations, and clinical leaders, presenting insights to senior executives. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute pricing strategies for healthcare services and products to support revenue and margin goals

• Analyze market trends, reimbursement changes, and competitor pricing to inform recommendations

• Partner with finance, sales, and operations to model pricing scenarios and assess business impact

• Lead pricing reviews for new service lines, contracts, and renewals, ensuring regulatory and compliance alignment

• Build and maintain pricing tools, dashboards, and reporting for leadership

• Present pricing insights and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders

• Support contract negotiations with data-driven pricing analyses and proposals

• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement of pricing processes Required Skills
