Accounts Receivable Specialist

Hoerbiger seeks an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support its manufacturing operations. In this role, you will manage customer billing, apply payments, and monitor aging to maintain healthy cash flow. You will research and resolve discrepancies, coordinate with sales and operations on pricing and shipment issues, and support month-end close. Success in this role requires accuracy, strong Excel and ERP skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with internal teams and global customers in a fast-paced, engineering-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and post customer payments accurately and on time

• Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts to reduce DSOReconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies with internal teams and clients

• Prepare invoices, credit memos, and adjustments in accordance with company policies

• Support month-end closing activities and AR reporting for management

• Maintain detailed, organized AR records and documentation for audits

• Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance to resolve billing issues

• Contribute to continuous improvement of AR processes and internal controls Required Skills
