The Accounts Assistant will;

• Manage and monitor customer credit accounts to ensure timely payments.

• Process invoices and maintain accurate financial records.

• Assist with reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.

• Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.

• Communicate with customers regarding overdue accounts and payment plans.

• Collaborate with the finance team to improve processes and efficiency.

• Handle queries and provide assistance with general accounting tasks.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Profile

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

• Experience in credit control and general accounting tasks.

• A good understanding of financial processes and practices.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools.

• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Job Offer

• Hourly pay ranging from 18.00 to 22.00, dependent on the level of experience.
