Accounts Assistant

Urgent- Accounts Assistant- Lisburn

Reed Recruitment is working in partnership with a local Lisburn Company, who require an experienced Accounts Administrator on a temporary basis. This is a full-time role, offering the successful applicant an immediate start, and will be for a period of 6 months, with possible extension.

As the company is growing, an opportunity for a permanent position may become available within the 6 months dependent on company needs and the successful applicant's performance within the role.

Daily Duties will include the following:

• Sales invoicing for installations, servicing, repairs and maintenance contracts

• Purchase ledger and supplier reconciliations

• Credit control, customer statements and receipt allocation

• Bank and ledger reconciliations

• Employee expenses and support with month-end

• General accounting administrative duties Candidate Requirements

• At least three years relevant experience covering invoicing, purchases, credit control and VAT

• Strong bookkeeping, Excel and accounting software skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines Benefits:

• Competitive salary of £16- £17.50 per hour dependent on experience

• Weekly pay

• Full-time hours ( Monday- Friday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-4pm)

• 6-month contract with possible extension
