Accounts Assistant

The ONE Group are recruiting an experienced Bookkeeper to join a successful and growing business based in Peterborough on a part-time, permanent basis.

Schedule: 9.30am-2.30pm (Monday - Friday)

For the right candidate, there could be flexibility to work across 4 days per week

Responsibilities:

Taking ownership of the day-to-day transactional finance for one of the companies within the group, your responsibilities will include:

• Full accounts payable process

• Full accounts receivable process

• Credit Control

• Bank reconciliations and general bookkeeping duties

• VAT returns

• Supporting the wider finance function as required Requirements:

• Experience within a Bookkeeper/ Accounts Assistant role is essential, in order to hit the ground running

• Experience with Xero is preferred

• This role would be working every day on-site, so you would need to be able to commit to office attendance 5 days per week This role would suit an accounts assistant/bookkeeper who is looking for the flexibility on part time hours, and wanting a stable, long term position with an established business.

You will be paid between £28,000-£32,000 (full time equivalent), depending on experience.
