Account Manager

Account Manager Near Solihull, West Midlands (On-site) £14.00 ph (£27,664pa) - £16.00 ph (£31,616) Hours: 38-40 per week (flexi hours)

We are currently looking for a proactive, people-focused Account Manager to join a friendly, fast-growing team working within the IT Support team.

If you enjoy solving problems, helping customers, and getting stuck in you ll fit right in.

Due to the location of the role you must have your own transport.

What You ll Do

• Support and train customers on our software and hardware systems

• Troubleshoot issues via phone, email, visits and regular check-ins

• Explain technical concepts in a simple, user-friendly way

• Coordinate hardware installations with our engineers

• Work closely with teams across the business What We re Looking For

• Great communication and people skills

• Customer service experience (phone and/or face-to-face)

• Strong IT basics (Windows 10/11, Excel, general IT literacy)

• Organised, proactive, and a natural problem solver
