Account Executive

Clearwave Fiber LLC seeks an Account Executive to drive B2B fiber sales to small and mid-sized businesses. In this field-based role, you will prospect and qualify leads, conduct discovery to understand connectivity needs, and present tailored fiber internet and voice solutions. You'll manage a sales pipeline, deliver proposals, negotiate terms, and close new contracts while meeting monthly and quarterly targets. Partner closely with sales engineering, marketing, and operations to ensure smooth installs and an excellent customer experience. This role is ideal for a hunter-minded B2B salesperson passionate about technology, local communities, and growth opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new B2

• B opportunities within an assigned territory

• Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer connectivity needs

• Present and pitch fiber internet and voice solutions to decision-makers

• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline and accurate forecasts in CRMPrepare proposals, negotiate pricing and terms, and close new contracts

• Collaborate with engineering and operations to ensure smooth installations

• Maintain strong customer relationships to support renewals and referrals

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets

• Represent Clearwave Fiber at local events and networking opportunities

• Continuously refine product and industry knowledge to position solutions effectively Required Skills
