Wellness Manager

As a Wellness Nurse at Erickson Senior Living, you'll provide resident-centered clinical care and wellness support within our continuing care retirement community. You will assess health needs, administer medications, monitor chronic conditions, and respond to changes in resident status while promoting independence and quality of life. Working in a collaborative, mission-driven team, you'll partner with physicians and interdisciplinary staff, educate residents and families, and champion infection control and safety. Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to senior residents in independent and assisted living settings

• Conduct health assessments, monitor chronic conditions, and respond to changes in resident status

• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and facility protocols

• Document care, assessments, and interventions in the EHR accurately and timely

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care teams to develop and update individualized care plans

• Educate residents and families on health management, wellness, and preventive care

• Support wellness programs that promote resident independence, safety, and quality of life

• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards

• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives

• Mentor and support CNAs and other team members in delivering resident-first care Required Skills
