Wealth Client Onboarding Specialist

Marshall & Sterling Inc seeks a Wealth Client Onboarding Specialist to support wealth advisors in delivering a seamless start for new clients. You'll coordinate account opening, gather and verify documentation, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Partnering closely with advisors and operations, you'll maintain accurate records, communicate timelines, and proactively resolve onboarding issues. Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding of new wealth management clients, ensuring accurate account setup and documentation.

• Collect, verify, and process KYC, compliance, and custodial paperwork in line with regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate closely with wealth advisors, operations, and compliance teams to ensure a smooth client transition.

• Serve as a primary point of contact during onboarding, addressing client questions and providing status updates.

• Maintain detailed records in CRM and portfolio/account platforms, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

• Monitor onboarding pipeline, track key milestones, and proactively resolve issues or delays.

• Support advisors in preparing onboarding materials, welcome packets, and account transition plans.

• Identify process improvements to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.

• Ensure strict confidentiality and protection of client financial and personal information.

• Assist with reporting and audits related to new account openings and regulatory reviews.
