Vulnerability Management Lead

Ryder System is seeking a Vulnerability Management Lead to drive the security of our logistics, warehousing, and transportation platforms. In this role, you will own the end-to-end vulnerability lifecycle, overseeing scanning, assessment, prioritization, and remediation across on-prem, cloud, and fleet-related systems. You'll collaborate with IT, security, and operations teams to reduce risk on mission-critical supply chain solutions, build metrics and executive reporting, and mature tools and processes. Responsibilities

• Lead Ryder's enterprise vulnerability management program across transportation and warehousing systems

• Own end-to-end vulnerability lifecycle: discovery, prioritization, remediation, and verification

• Coordinate scanning and assessment of on prem, cloud, network, and endpoint environments

• Partner with IT, security, and operations to remediate high risk issues on critical logistics platforms

• Develop risk based prioritization methods aligned to business impact and SLAs

• Implement dashboards, metrics, and reporting for leadership and audit requirements

• Maintain vulnerability tools, processes, and standards; drive continuous improvement

• Provide guidance on secure configuration, patch management, and threat exposure reduction

• Support incident response with vulnerability context during security events

• Ensure compliance with relevant security frameworks and customer requirements Required Skills
