VTC Technician
Job Description
GovCIO LLC seeks a VTC Technician to support secure video teleconferencing for federal customers. You will configure, operate, and monitor VTC and AV systems; facilitate high-visibility meetings and events; and rapidly troubleshoot connectivity, audio, and video issues. Working in a mission-driven, collaborative culture, you'll coordinate with network and security teams, maintain documentation, and provide user training. This role offers growth with modern IT, supporting critical national missions and large-scale digital transformation projects.
Responsibilities

Configure, operate, and monitor VTC systems and related AV equipment for federal customers.

Facilitate and support live virtual meetings, briefings, and large events to ensure quality and reliability.

Troubleshoot VTC, network, and AV issues, escalating complex problems as needed.

Perform routine system checks, firmware updates, and preventative maintenance.

Document incidents, configurations, and resolutions in ticketing and knowledge systems.

Coordinate with network, security, and application teams to optimize performance and security.

Provide end-user training and friendly, mission-focused support to government stakeholders.

Support on-call or after-hours mission-critical events as required by customer needs.
