Tire Sales and Installation Technician

BJ's Wholesale Club is seeking a Tire Sales and Installation Team Member to join our Quincy, MA tire center. In this full-time role, you'll assist members in selecting the right tires, explain services and warranties, and complete tire installations, balancing, and rotations safely and accurately. You'll operate shop equipment, maintain a clean work area, and follow all safety and company procedures. Working in a fast-paced, member-focused environment, you'll collaborate with a supportive team, receive training, and have opportunities for growth within our warehouse clubs.

Responsibilities

• Assist members in selecting appropriate tires and related services

• Perform tire installation, balancing, and rotation following safety standards

• Inspect vehicles and document recommended tire services

• Operate tire equipment and maintain a clean, organized work area

• Process sales, work orders, and payments accurately

• Follow OSHA, shop safety, and company compliance procedures

• Collaborate with team members to meet productivity and service goals

• Participate in training to stay current on products and procedures

• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment

• Deliver friendly, professional member service at all times Required Skills
