Tire Sales and Installation Associate

BJ's Wholesale Club seeks a Tire Sales and Installation Associate to support our member-focused tire center. In this full-time role, you will assist members in selecting the right tires, explain features and warranties, and process sales accurately. You'll perform tire installation, rotations, balancing, and repairs while following strict safety and quality standards. The position involves operating shop equipment, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and collaborating with a team in a fast-paced, warehouse club environment. Responsibilities

• Greet members and recommend appropriate tire products and services

• Explain tire features, warranties, and pricing to drive sales

• Perform tire installation, rotation, balancing, and repairs per safety standards

• Inspect vehicles and document work performed accurately

• Operate tire mounting, balancing, and shop equipment safely

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Process sales transactions and work orders using club systems

• Follow company, OSHA, and safety policies at all times

• Collaborate with team members to meet sales and service goals
