Test Engineer

Zentech Manufacturing I seeks a Test Engineer to ensure the performance and reliability of complex electronic assemblies and PCB systems for aerospace, defense, medical, and industrial customers. In this on-site role, you will develop and execute test procedures, operate electronic test equipment, analyze results, and support root cause investigations for failures. You will collaborate closely with manufacturing, design, and quality teams in a fast-paced, quality-first environment focused on mission-critical products and continuous improvement, while expanding your expertise in advanced PCB assembly and high-reliability testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans and procedures for electronic assemblies and PCB systems

• Operate and maintain electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and analyzers

• Analyze test data, document results, and generate clear test reports

• Identify, troubleshoot, and support resolution of product and test failures

• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to improve test coverage and reliability

• Ensure compliance with IPC, aerospace, defense, and medical quality standards

• Support continuous improvement initiatives in test methods, fixtures, and processes

• Maintain an organized, ESD-safe, and safety-compliant test area Required Skills

• Electronics testing and troubleshooting

• Use of oscilloscopes, multimeters, and analyzers

• PCB assembly and inspection knowledge

• Test procedure development and documentation

• Reading schematics and technical drawings

• Data collection and test reporting

• Root cause analysis and corrective actions

• Familiarity with IPC and industry standards
