Territory Sales Representative - Healthcare Memberships

Air Evac Lifeteam, a leading air medical service provider, is seeking a Sales Representative to grow memberships and service partnerships across a defined territory. In this field-based role, you will build relationships with hospitals, EMS agencies, and community organizations, educating them on our emergency and critical care helicopter transport services. You will conduct outreach presentations, manage a sales pipeline, and meet revenue and membership targets. Responsibilities

• Drive membership and service sales for Air Evac Lifeteam within assigned territory

• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, EMS agencies, and community partners

• Conduct outreach presentations to educate stakeholders on air medical services and membership benefits

• Manage sales pipeline, track activities, and report results using CRM tools

• Collaborate with clinical, operations, and marketing teams to align on growth goals

• Represent the company at community events, conferences, and partner meetings

• Maintain strong product knowledge and understanding of healthcare and emergency transport needs
