Territory Marketing Specialist

Omni Remodeling is seeking a Territory Marketing Specialist to grow our residential remodeling presence across a defined local area. In this role, you'll plan and execute neighborhood-focused campaigns, local events, and partnership initiatives that generate qualified leads for kitchen, bath, exterior, and whole-home renovations. You'll research target neighborhoods, coordinate home shows and community events, manage yard signs and mailers, and support digital and referral programs. Working closely with sales and project teams, you'll track results, optimize efforts, and represent Omni's commitment to craftsmanship, reliability, and customer satisfaction on every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute territory marketing campaigns to drive qualified remodeling leads.

• Research local neighborhoods and demographics to target ideal residential clients.

• Coordinate and attend local events, home shows, and sponsorships to promote Omni Remodeling.

• Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, suppliers, and community partners.

• Support sales team with lead follow-up, collateral, and appointment setting.

• Track leads, conversion metrics, and ROI in CRM and provide regular performance reports.

• Collaborate with project managers to capture project photos, testimonials, and case studies.

• Ensure brand consistency across yard signs, mailers, digital ads, and local promotions.

• Monitor competitor activity and share market insights with leadership.

• Represent Omni Remodeling professionally at all client-facing activities.
