Telesales Executive

To further their expansion, our client, a leading membership organisation within the construction industry seek a Telesales Executive for their team in London.

• A basic salary of upto 35k

• An uncapped commission but realistically 45k

As a Telesales Executive you will be responsible for the entire sales process from identifying potential clients through to closing the deal down. Key responsibilities will include:

• Increasing the membership base through marketing and sales activity

• Focus on outbound activity

• Exceed weekly and monthly KPI's

• Attend exhibitions and promote the services of the company

• Maintain a knowledge of the services and competitors

• Keep CRM up-to-date The Person

We need someone driven, motivated and a natural outbound telesales person for this role. In addition you should

• Demonstrate previous b2b sales experience

• Have experience of using a CRM

• Have experience of cold calling as well as following warm leads

• Be an excellent communicator, especially over the phone The Company
