Telecom Project Coordinator

ONE WAY WIRELESS CONSTRUCTION LLC seeks a Telecom Project Coordinator to support wireless and telecom construction projects from planning through closeout. In this role, you'll schedule field crews, track milestones, manage documentation, and coordinate materials and site logistics for tower builds, upgrades, and maintenance. You'll communicate with internal teams, subcontractors, and carrier clients to keep projects on time, on budget, and compliant with safety and quality standards. Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling of wireless construction and upgrade projects with field crews and subcontractors

• Track project milestones, deliverables, and closeout documentation for telecom sites

• Maintain accurate project records, drawings, permits, and reports

• Communicate project status, risks, and changes to internal teams and clients

• Support material ordering, site readiness checks, and logistics for tower and infrastructure work

• Help ensure safety and quality standards are followed across all assigned projects Required Skills
