George Washington University Hospital seeks a TECH to support and optimize clinical and hospital IT systems in a fast-paced academic medical center. In this role, you will maintain and troubleshoot EHR/EMR and related applications, ensuring reliable technology for complex tertiary and quaternary care. You will collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and IT teams on upgrades, integrations, and new solutions, while providing training and documentation. Responsibilities

• Support and maintain clinical and hospital information systems used in patient care.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems as needed.

• Configure and optimize EHR/EMR and related applications for clinical workflows.

• Collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and IT teams on technology solutions.

• Assist with system upgrades, testing, and change control processes.

• Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing technical support.

• Monitor system performance and security, following hospital policies.

• Contribute to technology projects supporting teaching, research, and patient care.
