Strategic Pricing Manager

Canon U.S.A. seeks a Strategic Pricing Manager to lead pricing strategy for its manufacturing-focused imaging and printing portfolio. In this role, you will analyze markets, competitors, and customer segments to design data-driven pricing models that maximize revenue and margin while supporting Canon's Kyosei philosophy. You'll collaborate with sales, finance, and product teams to build price structures, evaluate promotions, support product launches, and present insights to leadership in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

• Conduct competitive and market analysis to benchmark pricing and identify opportunities across channels and customer segments

• Partner with sales, finance, and product teams to design price lists, discount frameworks, and promotional pricing

• Build financial models to evaluate price elasticity, profitability, and scenario impacts for new and existing products

• Monitor pricing performance, KPIs, and customer response; recommend data-driven adjustments

• Lead pricing analytics using large datasets to identify trends and optimize deal structures

• Support new product launches with pricing recommendations, business cases, and go-to-market inputs

• Create pricing governance standards and approval workflows to ensure consistency and compliance

• Prepare executive reports and presentations on pricing strategy, performance, and recommendations

• Collaborate cross-functionally to align pricing with Canon's Kyosei philosophy and long-term value creation Required Skills
