Store Lead

Music & Arts seeks a Store Lead to guide daily operations in a mission-driven music retail environment. You'll supervise front-line staff, serve as a keyholder for opening/closing, and ensure excellent customer experiences for students, parents, and educators. Responsibilities include driving sales of instruments, rentals, repairs, accessories, and lessons; maintaining accurate inventory and visual merchandising; supporting lesson program growth; and resolving customer issues. You'll collaborate closely with store and school service teams to support music education in your community while meeting performance and service goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations, opening/closing, and cash management as a keyholder

• Coach, schedule, and support sales associates to meet store goals

• Deliver excellent customer service to students, parents, and educators

• Drive sales of instruments, rentals, repairs, accessories, and lessons

• Maintain accurate inventory, merchandising, and store presentation standards

• Support lesson program growth and coordination with teachers and school reps

• Resolve customer issues and ensure a safe, inclusive store environment

• Report performance metrics and collaborate with management on improvements Required Skills
