Job Description
Roers Companies seeks a Sr. Regional Manager to lead performance across a regional portfolio of multifamily properties. In this role, you'll oversee property operations, financial performance, leasing strategy, and resident experience while mentoring onsite teams. Partnering with development and investment leaders, you'll analyze market trends, optimize rents, and support new project launches. Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations and financial performance of a regional multifamily portfolio

Lead, mentor, and develop property and regional teams to achieve occupancy, revenue, and service goals

Develop and execute leasing, pricing, and marketing strategies based on local market insights

Create and manage regional budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring P&L targets are met

Partner with development and investment teams on new project launches and value-add initiatives

Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing, and applicable real estate regulations

Drive resident satisfaction and retention through consistent service standards and experience improvements

Manage third-party vendors, contracts, and capital projects to protect and enhance asset value

Analyze market trends, competitive properties, and performance KPIs to inform strategic decisions
