Specialist, Media Solutions

Canon U.S.A. seeks a Media Solutions Specialist to support advanced media and workflow solutions for our imaging and printing portfolio. In this role, you will test and profile print media, optimize color and output quality, and help design workflows that integrate with customer environments in manufacturing and commercial settings. Partner with sales, product, and engineering teams to deliver technical guidance, create documentation and training, and support strategic customer engagements. Contribute to Canon's culture of innovation, quality, and Kyosei by improving media performance, customer satisfaction, and sustainable printing practices.

Responsibilities

• Test, profile, and qualify print media for Canon imaging and printing solutions.

• Optimize color, image quality, and media performance across devices and applications.

• Design and refine media workflows that integrate with customer production environments.

• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support on media solutions to sales teams and key customers.

• Create technical documentation, profiles, and application guides for internal and external use.

• Deliver training and presentations on media capabilities, best practices, and workflows.

• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and marketing to support new media launches.

• Analyze performance data and customer feedback to recommend improvements and new media options.

• Support strategic customer demos, pilots, and proof-of-concept projects.

• Ensure media solutions align with Canon's quality, sustainability, and Kyosei philosophy.
