Software Test Development & Evaluation Manager
Job Description
Choctaw Global seeks a Software Test Development & Evaluation Manager to lead test strategy, automation, and quality efforts across complex government and commercial projects. In this role, you will design and manage test plans, build automated and manual test frameworks, and guide a small team of test engineers to ensure reliable, secure, and high-performing software systems. You will collaborate closely with development, IT, and project managers to resolve defects, meet federal and client standards, and continuously improve QA processes while supporting the mission and economic growth of the Choctaw Nation.
Responsibilities

Lead planning, design, and execution of software test development and evaluation efforts for government and commercial projects

Develop automated and manual test frameworks to validate functionality, performance, and security of applications and systems

Define test strategies, plans, and acceptance criteria aligned with project requirements and industry standards

Supervise and mentor test engineers; assign tasks, review results, and ensure quality and on-time delivery

Collaborate with software development, IT, and project teams to troubleshoot defects and drive root-cause analysis

Implement and monitor QA metrics, reporting test coverage, defect trends, and release readiness

Ensure compliance with customer, federal, and industry quality standards and documentation requirements
