Site Risk and Due Diligence Risk Manager - Cloud Infrastructure

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Site Risk & Due Diligence Manager to drive risk and resiliency across AWS's global infrastructure. You will lead risk assessments for new and existing sites, conduct vendor and location due diligence, and develop mitigation plans for physical, operational, and geopolitical risks. Partner with data center, security, legal, and compliance teams to build scalable processes, track key risk indicators, and support incident response. You'll leverage data to prioritize risk, influence senior stakeholders, and continuously improve AWS's global risk and resiliency posture in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead site risk assessments for new and existing AWS locations

• Conduct due diligence on vendors, locations, and third parties

• Develop and maintain risk mitigation and resiliency plans

• Collaborate with data center, security, legal, and compliance teams

• Establish and track key risk indicators and reporting

• Support incident response and post-incident reviews

• Standardize and improve risk and due diligence processes globally

• Use data and analytics to prioritize and quantify risk

• Influence senior stakeholders on risk decisions and trade-offs

• Ensure alignment with regulatory and internal compliance requirements Required Skills
