ServiceNow Systems Analyst

Cargill is seeking a ServiceNow Specialist to support our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow modules to streamline IT and business workflows, focusing on incident, problem, change, and asset management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate process needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions, create integrations and automations, and ensure platform stability, security, and performance. You will also develop reports and dashboards, maintain documentation, support upgrades, and champion best practices in IT service management across Cargill's global environment.
