Service Technician

Guardiar is seeking a Service Technician to support our innovative IT and software solutions. In this role, you will install, configure, and maintain hardware and software at client sites and remotely, ensuring systems run efficiently and securely. You'll diagnose and resolve technical issues, manage tickets, document solutions, and provide clear guidance to end users. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll help deliver reliable, high-quality service while contributing feedback to improve our products and processes in a dynamic, growth-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software for clients

• Diagnose and troubleshoot system, network, and application issues

• Provide remote and on-site technical support to end users

• Manage and resolve tickets within defined service-level targets

• Document incidents, resolutions, and technical procedures

• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues

• Perform routine system checks and preventative maintenance

• Educate users on best practices and proper system use

• Support deployment and upgrades of software solutions

• Contribute feedback to improve products and support processes Required Skills
