Senior Visual Merchandising Manager

Duluth Trading Company is seeking a Senior Manager, Visual Merchandising to lead the strategy and execution of in store presentations across our retail fleet. You will develop seasonal visual concepts that bring our durable, functional workwear and outdoor apparel to life, translating brand storytelling into clear, shoppable layouts, fixtures, and signage. Partnering with Merchandising, Marketing, and Store Operations, you'll create guidelines, floor sets, and window programs, then coach store teams to deliver consistent, customer focused execution that drives traffic, conversion, and sales while honoring Duluth's practical, down to earth brand culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead visual merchandising strategy for all Duluth Trading retail stores

• Develop seasonal floor sets, window programs, and visual guidelines

• Translate brand and product stories into engaging, shoppable presentations

• Partner with Merchandising, Marketing, and Store Operations on launches and campaigns

• Create and maintain planograms, fixture layouts, and signage direction

• Train and coach store and field leaders on visual standards and execution

• Monitor store performance, traffic, and conversion to optimize visual strategies

• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources for visual projects and rollouts

• Conduct store visits and audits to ensure consistency and brand alignment

• Continuously evolve visual standards based on customer feedback and trends Required Skills
