Senior Outside Sales Account Executive - Environmental Services

Waste Management, Inc., a leader in environmental solutions, is seeking a motivated and experienced Sr. Outside Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This role is pivotal in driving business growth through new and existing client engagements and is ideal for those passionate about sustainability and environmental stewardship. As a Senior Account Executive, you will apply your deep understanding of waste management services to effectively tailor solutions that meet client needs while also supporting our mission of maximizing resource value, while minimizing environmental impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed targets in revenue and customer acquisition.

• Identify and cultivate relationships with new and existing clients to expand market footprint and increase service utilization.

• Negotiate contract terms with clients and coordinate with internal teams to ensure service delivery meets expectations.

• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape.

• Prepare detailed proposals and presentations that clearly outline the benefits of our solutions.

• Provide timely and effective solutions to client concerns and queries to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
