Senior HR Manager

IHG Hotels is seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead people strategy for our Accommodation & Food Services operations. You will partner with hotel and regional leaders to drive workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management while championing IHG's "True Hospitality for Good" culture. Responsibilities include employee relations, labor law compliance, diversity and inclusion initiatives, HR analytics, and talent development. You'll mentor HR teams, support organizational change, and help build an engaged, service-driven workforce across our global portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead hotel and regional HR strategy to support IHG's "True Hospitality for Good" vision

• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning for hotel teams

• Coach and develop hotel leaders on performance management and employee relations

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and brand standards

• Drive diversity, inclusion, and colleague engagement initiatives

• Manage compensation, benefits administration, and HR metrics reporting

• Partner with operations leaders to support organizational change and culture

• Resolve complex employee relations issues and investigations

• Manage HR budgets and support manpower cost optimization
