Senior B2B Manufacturing Marketing Manager

Kohler is seeking a Category Leader, Marketing & Communications to drive brand and demand growth for our manufacturing portfolio. You will own category strategy, develop integrated campaigns, and translate market and customer insights into compelling positioning. Partnering closely with product, sales, and operations, you will align go-to-market plans, manage agencies and budgets, and ensure consistent global brand expression. Responsibilities

• Develop and own category marketing and communications strategy for manufacturing portfolio

• Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, trade, and channel partners

• Analyze market, customer, and competitive insights to guide positioning and messaging

• Partner with product, sales, and operations to align go-to-market plans

• Manage budgets, timelines, and agency/vendor relationships

• Define and track KPIs, reporting performance and optimization recommendations

• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to global brand standards

• Lead content development for launches, events, and sales enablement

• Support sustainability and innovation storytelling across channels
