Seasonal Quality Grader

Alsum Farms & Produce Inc., a leading IT firm, seeks a Seasonal Quality Grader to support software quality across key projects. In this role, you will execute test plans, grade and document software defects, and verify fixes for enterprise applications. Collaborating with developers and product teams, you'll help ensure performance, reliability, and usability meet standards. Responsibilities

• Execute manual tests and grade software quality against defined criteria

• Document defects clearly using tracking tools and collaborate on resolutions

• Validate bug fixes and perform regression testing on updated builds

• Support creation and maintenance of test cases and test data

• Work closely with developers, product owners, and analysts in Agile ceremonies

• Monitor software performance and usability, reporting risks and trends

• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and standards

• Prepare concise quality reports for project stakeholders Required Skills
