Seasonal Merchandise Associate

Sierra, a division of XYZ Tech Inc. in Chicago, IL, is seeking a Seasonal Merchandise Associate to support our technology merchandise operations during peak periods. You will assist with stocking and organizing software and tech products, maintain accurate inventory records, process incoming shipments, and ensure products are well-presented for customers and internal teams. Collaborating closely with operations and sales, you will help execute merchandising plans, track stock levels, and support promotional displays. Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and stock technology and software merchandise accurately.

• Maintain organized shelves, backroom, and storage areas to support efficient retrieval.

• Update inventory records and assist with cycle counts and discrepancy resolution.

• Support setup and maintenance of promotional displays for tech products.

• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure product availability.

• Assist internal teams and customers with locating and understanding merchandise.

• Follow company standards for product labeling, pricing, and ticketing.

• Adhere to safety, loss-prevention, and data-handling procedures.

• Use POS or inventory systems to track stock levels and movements.

• Support other seasonal operational tasks as needed in a fast-paced environment.
