SBA Franchise Loan Officer

ConnectOne Bank seeks an SBA Franchise Loan Officer to originate, structure, and manage SBA franchise loans across the NY-NJ region. You will source and grow a portfolio of franchise clients, analyze financials, prepare SBA-compliant packages, and partner with underwriting through closing and servicing. Responsibilities

• Source, develop, and manage a portfolio of SBA franchise lending relationships

• Analyze financial statements, cash flow, and collateral for creditworthiness

• Structure, price, and present SBA 7(a) and related loan products

• Prepare and submit complete, compliant SBA loan packages

• Coordinate underwriting, closing, and servicing with internal partners and SBAMaintain strong pipeline management and meet production goals

• Develop referral networks with brokers, franchisors, and centers of influence

• Ensure adherence to SBA, bank, and regulatory policies and procedures Required Skills
