SAP SuccessFactors Learning Application Developer

Cargill is seeking an Application Developer, SuccessFactors Learning Development to build and enhance our global learning solutions. In this role, you will design, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors Learning to deliver scalable training across a manufacturing enterprise. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, developing integrations and extensions, optimizing user experience, and ensuring data quality and security. You will partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive continuous improvement while contributing to Cargill's focus on safety, sustainability, and inclusive growth.
