Sales Representative

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to grow sales of cement, aggregates, and other building materials across a defined territory. In this customer-facing role, you will manage key accounts, develop new business with contractors and distributors, and support large infrastructure and commercial projects. You'll collaborate closely with operations, logistics, and technical teams to ensure safe, on-time deliveries and high service levels. Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a territory sales plan for cement and building materials

• Prospect, qualify, and close new business with contractors, distributors, and producers

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers through regular onsite visits

• Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and manage contracts within margin guidelines

• Collaborate with operations, logistics, and technical teams to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries

• Monitor market trends, competitors, and construction activity to identify opportunities

• Provide product knowledge, technical support, and problem resolution to customers

• Track pipeline, forecast sales, and report results using CRM and sales tools

• Align all activities with company safety standards, policies, and compliance requirements
