Sales Professional

Leslie's Poolmart is seeking a Sales Professional to join our fast-paced retail team in Phoenix. In this role, you'll provide exceptional customer service, recommend pool and spa solutions, and support customers in keeping their backyards clean, safe, and fun. You'll develop strong product knowledge, perform basic water testing, and operate POS systems while meeting sales goals. Working closely with teammates, you'll help maintain merchandising standards, manage stock, and follow safety procedures for handling chemicals. This position offers growth into leadership and deeper expertise in pool and spa care retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver knowledgeable, friendly service.

• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate pool and spa products and services.

• Operate POS systems, process cash/credit transactions, and balance registers.

• Perform basic pool water testing and explain treatment solutions.

• Maintain store merchandising, stocking, and visual standards.

• Support seasonal promotions and achieve individual and store sales goals.

• Assist with inventory counts, receiving, and organizing stock.

• Follow safety protocols for handling chemicals and maintaining a clean work area.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily store operations.

• Educate customers on product use, maintenance, and safety best practices.
