Sales Manager - Construction Materials

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the sales team to achieve revenue and margin goals in the construction materials market.

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies for asphalt, aggregates, and ready-mix concrete.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, agencies, and key infrastructure clients.

• Manage key accounts, bids, and pricing in alignment with company margin and quality targets.

• Forecast sales, track pipeline, and report performance using CRM and sales analytics.

• Partner with operations, logistics, and project teams to ensure safe, on-time, quality delivery.

• Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion across the Northeast.

• Promote Peckham's safety culture, employee-ownership values, and community partnerships.

• Mentor and develop sales talent, providing coaching, feedback, and skills training.

• Represent Peckham Industries at industry events, trade shows, and community activities.
