The Role You'll become the face of Boom Telecom Networks within your local area, meeting homeowners and businesses to introduce our broadband services and explain the benefits of Full Fibre and Fixed Wireless Broadband. Your role will include: - Visiting homes within allocated areas. - Promoting Full Fibre and Fixed Wireless Broadband. - Explaining broadband packages and current offers. - Helping eligible customers apply for the UK Government Gigabit Broadband Voucher Scheme. - Completing customer registrations using our digital sales platform. - Building relationships within local communities. - Representing Boom Telecom Networks professionally. What We're Looking For We're looking for motivated, confident people who enjoy speaking with customers and achieving results. Experience in any of the following would be an advantage: - Telecommunications - Sales - Customer Services - Door-to-door or field sales. - Broadband, telecoms, utilities or energy sales. - Direct sales or customer-facing roles. - Charity fundraising or lead generation. You'll also need: - Excellent communication skills. - A positive, self-motivated attitude. - Confidence approaching new customers. - The ability to work independently. - A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (preferred). - The right to work in the UK. Full training will be provided, so previous broadband experience isn't essential.
