Sales Executive

Marshall and Sterling Inc seeks a Sales Executive - Employee Benefits to drive new business and manage a growing book of group benefits clients. You will prospect and qualify leads, conduct consultative sales meetings, analyze benefit needs, and present tailored insurance and financial solutions. Partner with internal service teams and carriers to deliver exceptional client service and renewals. Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and develop new group employee benefits business.

• Conduct consultative meetings to assess employer benefits needs and objectives.

• Design and present tailored employee benefits and financial solutions.

• Manage and grow an assigned book of business with strong retention.

• Collaborate with internal service teams and carrier partners on proposals and renewals.

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and plan designs with carriers on behalf of clients.

• Maintain accurate pipelines, activities, and client data in CRM systems.

• Stay current on benefits products, regulations, and market trends.

• Participate in networking, community, and industry events to build relationships.

• Support cross-selling of additional insurance and financial services solutions.
