    Sales Support Administrator

    26,000 - Excellent Training & Career Progression

This is a brand-new role created to support a busy Sales team due to increasing workloads and business growth.     The Role

    Working closely with Sales Account Managers and the wider business, you'll play a key role in ensuring customer orders, quotations, and sales administration are processed accurately and efficiently. Acting as a central point of communication between customers, suppliers, and internal departments, you'll help deliver an outstanding customer experience while developing valuable commercial and administrative skills. This role offers excellent long-term career progression, with opportunities to grow your responsibilities as your experience develops.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide administrative support to Sales Account Managers and the wider Sales team.

    • Prepare quotations, proposals, order documentation, and customer correspondence.

    • Process and monitor customer orders, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.

    • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments regarding enquiries and orders.

    • Maintain and update CRM records and customer information.

    • Assist with contract renewals and ongoing account administration.

    • Support incoming customer calls and email enquiries.

    • Undertake customer follow-up activities and provide exceptional service.

    • Assist with reports, documentation, and ad-hoc projects as required.

    • Provide holiday and sickness cover across the wider team when needed.

    Skills & Experience

    • Confident and proactive personality with excellent communication skills.

    • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

    • Eager to learn and develop within a long-term career opportunity.

    • Able to build relationships and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.

    • Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel

    • Previous administration, customer service, retail, hospitality, or office experience would be beneficial.

    • Suitable for ambitious school or college leavers looking to begin a professional career.
