Retail Sales Manager

Peoples National Bank seeks a Retail Sales Manager to lead branch sales and service performance in our community-focused bank. You will drive deposit, loan, and fee-income growth by coaching and developing front-line staff, setting sales goals, and monitoring performance. Responsibilities include building strong customer relationships, overseeing referral and cross-sell activities, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, and supporting daily branch operations. You'll collaborate with local leadership, engage in community events, and help customers with accounts, digital banking, and basic lending needs while modeling friendly, relationship-driven service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach branch retail staff to achieve sales and service goals

• Drive growth in deposits, loans, and fee-based products through proactive sales efforts

• Oversee cross-sell, referral, and outbound calling activities

• Monitor branch sales metrics and prepare performance reports
