Retail Brand Ambassador / Customer Engagement Associate

ABC Supply is seeking a Retail Brand Ambassador / Customer Engagement Associate to be the welcoming face of our Beloit branch. In this customer-facing role, you'll engage professional contractors, answer product questions, support sales, and help drive an exceptional in-branch experience. You'll learn our full product line, maintain displays, process orders, and uphold our strong safety culture. Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of ABC Supply in the showroom and at the counter, greeting and engaging professional contractor customers

• Educate customers on product features, benefits, and promotions across roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and related building products

• Support the sales team by identifying customer needs, suggesting add-on products, and helping drive revenue growth

• Maintain organized, visually appealing product displays and ensure marketing materials are current and accurate

• Respond to customer questions, resolve basic issues, and escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team members

• Process orders accurately, assist with order status inquiries, and coordinate with operations for timely fulfillment

• Gather customer feedback and share insights with sales and branch leadership to improve service and product offerings

• Promote ABC Supply's safety culture by following branch procedures and supporting a clean, safe customer area

• Participate in training on products, systems, and customer service best practices to continuously build knowledge

• Support branch events, promotions, and outreach efforts that strengthen contractor relationships and brand loyalty Required Skills
