Residential HVAC Outside Sales Representative

ARS/Rescue Rooter seeks an HVAC Sales Representative to drive residential replacement and upgrade sales in the Memphis area. In this field-based role, you'll run company-provided and self-generated leads, perform in-home evaluations, and present tailored comfort solutions. You'll prepare accurate estimates, explain equipment, financing, and warranties, and close sales while meeting revenue and margin goals. You'll collaborate closely with install and service teams, use CRM tools to manage your pipeline, and receive ongoing technical and sales training in a safety-first, customer-focused culture with long-term growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify residential HVAC leads through provided and self-generated opportunities

• Conduct in-home evaluations and present HVAC replacement and upgrade options

• Prepare and deliver accurate estimates and proposals to homeowners

• Close sales while meeting or exceeding monthly and annual revenue targets

• Educate customers on equipment options, financing, warranties, and maintenance plans

• Collaborate with installers and service teams to ensure smooth job handoff and completion

• Use CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and pipeline activity

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HVAC products, codes, and ARS-Rescue Rooter offerings

• Adhere to company safety, ethical sales, and customer service standards

• Participate in ongoing sales and technical training and performance reviews Required Skills
