    Job Description

Regional Sales Executive South East / London 33,000- 38,000

    What's in it for you?

    • Join an established supplier to the builders' merchant sector.

    • Take ownership of an existing territory with established customer relationships.

    • Enjoy the autonomy to plan your diary, backed by a supportive team.

    • Receive full product and CRM training.

    • Build a long-term career with opportunities to develop.

Do you understand builders' merchants and enjoy building relationships with branch teams?

Perhaps you're already in field sales, or you're working within a merchant branch and ready to get out on the road.

This is an opportunity to represent an established supplier across the South East and London, helping trade customers get the most from its range. With a strong focus on existing accounts, you'll build relationships, identify opportunities and keep the business visible at branch level.

    The Role

As Regional Sales Executive, you will:

    • Manage and develop existing accounts, predominantly within builders' merchants.

    • Build relationships with branch managers, buyers and trade counter teams.

    • Identify opportunities to increase sales within your customer base.

    • Support product availability, merchandising and point-of-sale materials.

    • Work alongside the national accounts team to deliver activity at branch level.

    • Plan regular customer visits and keep your CRM records up to date.

    • Attend occasional sales meetings and trade events.

You'll have support from experienced colleagues across sales, marketing and customer service, while taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of your territory.

    About You

    We're looking for someone who:

    • Understands the builders' merchant or wider trade supply sector.

    • Enjoys meeting customers and building lasting commercial relationships.

    • Is organised and comfortable managing a busy territory.

    • Can spot sales opportunities and follow them through.

    • Is confident discussing products with branch teams.

    • Is self-motivated and keen to learn.

Previous field sales experience would be useful, but we're also interested in people from branch sales, internal sales or trade counter backgrounds who are ready for their next step.

    What's Next?

    Interested? We'd love to talk.

Apply with your CV below. Don't worry if it's not fully up to date - send what you have and we can take it from there.
