Regional Partnerships Manager - Primary Education Essex Hybrid London, Home Counties & South East Up to £40,000 + Uncapped Commission + Company Car / Car Allowance

Interaction Education is growing.

With established partnerships across schools, trusts and local authorities, access to multiple national and regional PSLs, and ambitious plans for further expansion, we're looking for an experienced education recruiter to help drive the next stage of our growth.

This isn't about sitting behind a desk chasing KPIs.

We're looking for someone who can represent the business in their region. Someone who enjoys building relationships with school leaders, creating opportunities, growing accounts and becoming a trusted recruitment partner to the schools they support.

You'll have the freedom to develop your own area, build meaningful client relationships and play a key role in shaping our Primary offering across London, the Home Counties and the South East.

What you'll be doing

• Developing relationships with schools, trusts and education leaders.

• Growing and managing your own regional portfolio.

• Identifying new partnership opportunities.

• Supporting schools with their permanent and temporary recruitment needs.

• Working closely with candidates from registration through to placement.

• Becoming the go-to contact for schools within your region.

• Helping drive the continued growth of Interaction Education.

What we're looking for

• Experience within education recruitment.

• Strong relationship-building and commercial skills.

• Someone who enjoys being out with clients and developing partnerships.

• A self-starter who likes autonomy and responsibility.

• Full UK driving licence.

• Up to £40,000 basic salary.

• Uncapped commission.
