Recruiter

The Gund Company Inc., a family-owned manufacturer of engineered electrical and mechanical insulation materials, is seeking a Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring for production, technical, and professional roles. In this role, you will source and screen candidates, partner closely with plant and department leaders, coordinate interviews, and manage offers and onboarding. You'll support workforce planning in a safety-first, family-oriented environment, helping build teams that serve critical industries like power generation and transportation while supporting continuous improvement and long-term careers.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing, technical, and professional roles

• Source candidates through job boards, networking, and industry channels

• Screen resumes and conduct phone and onsite interviews

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria

• Coordinate interview schedules and candidate communication

• Manage offers, negotiations, and pre-employment processes

• Support onboarding to ensure smooth new-hire integration

• Track recruiting metrics and pipeline activity

• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
